Please review the Rules & Regulations in their entirety below.
- No commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, may be kept within Carriage Pointe except in the garage of the home
- Garbage cans and recycle bins must be kept in the garage at all times, except for times of pick up
- Tuesday Trash Day (may place at street after 6pm Monday evening and remove Tuesday after pick up)
- Friday Trash & Recycle Day (may place at street 6pm Thursday evening & remove Friday after pick up)
- There is no on-street parking between the hours of 1am-6am daily (vehicle may be towed at owners expense)
- All pets must be walked on a leash at all times
- Limit 2 pets per household
- Garage doors shall remain closed at all times except when vehicular or pedestrian access is required
- No screened enclosures shall be permitted without the prior written approval of the ACC
- Coach lights must be turned on daily from dusk to dawn
